“Our flock of 20 guests found this barndo to be an absolute haven! The home was as clean as a freshly mucked stall, beautifully decorated, and stocked to the rafters with towels and plates. With plenty of roosting spots, it offered the perfect balance—tons of space to gather as a herd and plenty of rooms to graze in private when needed. “We used as a place to stay for a game in Kansas City. Wasn’t too far of a drive for that and nice to be out of the city. The hosts were so great! Accommodating and very responsive! They have also thought of everything for the place. Beds were super comfortable and plenty of space for the teens to spread out. Great spot and we would definitely stay again! ”

“This house was the perfect place to host our girls weekend! There are plenty of beds and everyone slept comfortably. The property is about 20 minutes away from the Smithville businesses and we had no issues getting Ubers to our plans. 10/10 would recommend ”

“My sister and I came down for a weekend of thrifting and antique stores. House is centrally located to various parts of town. The house is amazing. It so clean and open. It has a very relaxing feel! Host was great. The beds were so comfortable. This will definitely be in my return to list! ”

“The property is so cute inside and out you can tell they take pride in how it looks with the landscaping and plants in the front and back! The pond is so cute love that sound of the trickling water! There was two bedrooms with a full size mattress and one bedroom with a single and one bathroom. Everything was very clean and tidy! “We had a wonderful stay and this sweet little hideaway was just amazing. Great location! Savannah went above and beyond to communicate, welcome us, and meet our needs. She was lovely! 🙏 We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding so we were busy with activities and wedding prep. The home was clean, cute and comfortable.
