“We booked this stay last minute and were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The home was more spacious than we thought it would be and was clean. The home is well-stocked with blankets and towels. Also, the coffee options were fantastic. The owner resides next door and was super friendly but not overbearing. Most of our stay was quiet until nighttime and was only noisy due to being there during Fourth of July. Overall, this has been one of our favorite places to stay in the Kansas City……

“Visiting KC for a ballgame. Location was great. Convenience with the street car is very nice. Shop, restaurants, brewery and river walk was great! Walking the dog even late at night felt safe”

“We were only staying one night. Cleanliness could’ve been much better and be forewarned the upstairs gets quite hot in the summer months! Host was able to help us find a temperature solution but it would’ve been nice if that info was better communicated in the listing. ”

“We needed a Friday night stay to see the Savannah Bananas at Kaufman stadium. Manager accomodated a request to check in early. We were able to check in one hour early. Location was nice. Place was clean. There was someone else renting the lower unit, but we didnt realize it until next morning when we left. We all enjoyed our stay. Had enough space for separate areas when we were ready to sleep, but able to all hang out together on the patio, kitchen and living room area. Very nice!! ”

“This was a great wknd get-away spot for some rest and downtime. I wanted something that felt like I was outside of Kansas City but didn’t want to drive too far. This was perfect. Great part of town: coffee, fun shops, drinks, food, trail to walk/run. Room was very clean and comfortable; updated accommodations. Small fridge and microwave were helpful to have. The host was very responsive! The only down side to my stay was the whistle of train that runs through the town. ”
