“Property was very clean, cozy and nice. Came well stocked with everything, kitchen, bathroom, trash etc. Decently spacious home with a neat upstairs. ”

“To be honest, we were slightly nervous driving to the house, as the neighborhood to the north of the property appears to be a bit "rough". However, the house itself was surrounded by other (what appeared to be) rental houses. A short 3 block drive south and west took us into a much nicer neighborhood. We stayed for a bachelorette party, so we had 12 women. The house was perfect for sleeping 2-3 guests per room, each with our own bathroom. However, we only had 2 towels and 1 washcloth in most……

“This place was very quaint. It’s a little hard to move around the kitchen area but it’s possible. The upstairs has enough space for everyone to be in their own space and they utilize the space well. They make sure you have enough fans and heaters. The bathroom is stocked and I am sure if you are missing anything they would be glad to help. Would stay again ”

“It was a nice place to stay. I will say however as mentioned there is only what is mentioned. We assumed kleenex would be there. But there was none. It is pet friendly and although we did not bring our fur baby you most definitely smelled the past fur babies. But was not enough to bother too much. Just wiffs now and then. Otherwise the kids loved it. We loved it and not a bad drive to where we needed to go. Would stay again. Thank you. ”

“Great time here. Quiet inside, Great cooking possibilities and options.”

“We stayed here for our mini vaca. It was perfect! The location was great for our plans. The house was the perfect size for all of us and was very comfortable! The hosts were wonderful! There was possible bad weather and they made sure we were aware and knew who to call if there was power outages! I would highly recommend staying in this house! ”

“I was so glad we chose your property over a hotel. It was a beautiful neighborhoo. We met one neighbor who was really nice. The inside was beautifully decorated, very clean, and even had extra suppliies if needed. The stairs are a workout, but who doesn't need some exercise. I would highly recommend.Julie”

“This place was perfect for our getaway to Kansas City. We really loved exploring 39th St. So being so close to that was wonderful.That said, we spent time at 18th and Vine and actually all over Kansas City in this place was well located for us.Jim is a great communicator and may check in easy.”

“This home was beautiful, comfortable and had everything we needed. Great Location. Liked using the garage to park our car. We were able to host my brother and niece for dinner using the grill. Hope to book this home in the future when we visit our family again in Gladstone. ”
