“On a 16 day Triple Crown quilt trip for wife’s birthday. First, Paducah, KY, here for Mo Star Quilt Co, then to Lincoln, NE for International Quilt Museum.While in KC area also visited Truman Museum and had dinner at Jess and Jim’s Steakhouse.”

“My friend and I brought our kids for a spring break get away. We loved having extra room to spread out! We enjoyed being about 30 mins from downtown. Our youngest child was 2, and we were thankful she’s completely fine on steps, as there are a lot! We enjoyed having a big kitchen and dining room to have family dinners at the end of our days. ”

“I was there for a conference, and it was just a short walk to the convention center. It was comfortable and clean and no hassle. Parking was easy. I would definitely rent again.”

“We had a group of moms and kids for a local sporting event. It was a great way to keeps things affordable while creating a team bonding experience. The house was spacious, clean and Mike was great to work with. Would highly recommend!”

“The property is very nice and cozy. Its decorated very nicely. It has a home vibe if you will. What I mean by that is, you feel at home there. I would definitely stay there again. I do think you need to do a better job of explaining that you need to put in 2 different codes for the lock and the door handle to get in. ”

“The house is wonderful! Very clean, lots of room, and very well equipped. William responds almost immediately to messages. The area immediately around the house is fine but if you go a couple blocks, the neighborhood is a little "sub par" but we didn't have any problems at all. I believe it is an area in transition. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. ”

“This townhouse was perfect for my husband & I. Beware there is a flight of stairs from the lower level up to the 1st floor, then a flight up to the 2nd floor. Didnt bother us at all. Helped us get our steps in lol. There's also no washer dryer but again NOT a big deal. The bedswere SUPER comfy, the shower was hot& the pàtio was perfect. GREAT stay & looking forward to next time. The owner was also great & informative. See you next time Tami!”
