“We accidentally left a small personal bag in our room. The hotel staff kindly called us to let us know and arranged to have it ready for us when we returned that weekend. We are very impressed with their attentiveness and excellent service!”

As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges. “My daughter and I were here for just one night. The staff was very friendly. I felt safe. However, I did hear a lot of noise from outside. Our room was clean, and we had hot water for a shower. Although it could use some updating, it was overall okay. I gave it 4 stars because the walls are thin. I was woken up way too early by our neighbors.”

“Our stay was nice, the room was comfortable and the staff was accommodating. The hotel is a little confusing to find and the elevator was not readily visible in the parking deck. There should probably be some verbiage on the site about locating the elevator. Other than that everything was great!”

“Very budget friendly compared to area. Coffee on site and nice breakfast in the morning. Clean and kept up…Not a five star hotel but a good one… Second stay”
