“This was an excellent property. It was quiet and secluded just as advertised. The hot tub was so clean, they even have sandals for you to walk down to the hot tub. There is a trail leading to a waterfall that is one of the prettiest trails we took on out trip. The host had a book that had information on everything in the cabin and of all the dining and hiking in the surrounding area. Wonderful stay! ”

“The views from the cabin were amazing. Sitting on the deck eating meals and watching the river and quietness is a plus. Soaking in the hot tub after a long day of hiking is very relaxing. The cabin had what we needed for our trip. The only downside was the amount of caterpillars that got in and how loud the portable air conditioning was. Nothing that would make me not come back though. It does have a lower water pressure so if you are someone that needs a high pressure shower this is not for……

“My wife and I had a wonderful and relaxing stay. It was exactly what we needed to unplug and destress from daily life routine. Close to some pretty awesome hiking too! Finding the place may be a little tricky if blindly following Google Maps like we did but host is SUPER responsive and quick so we found our way very quickly. Can’t wait to come back! ”

“We just wanted a quiet get away for a couple of days close to the North Cascades. We had hoped to see the fall foliage but it turned out we came a couple weeks early for the best of that. We stopped by the ranger station there in Darrington, and then drove up to Rockport and on to Newhalem to see what fall leaves we could. The cabin was quiet, clean and cozy. We loved sitting in the hot tub on the back deck and also sitting beside the Sauk River in the back of the property.”
