“Nick’s place is such a gem - not only is it incredibly clean and well-cared for, but you get to be right on the river. We never get to bring our dogs on vacation because so many places have weight limits on dogs (which is totally fair), so it was a really special treat to get to bring our two big dogs with us. “Had such a lovely long weekend stay with my spouse and our dog. The property was as advertised and we would certainly stay again. Things to know for prospective visitors: property provides firewood for woodstove or outside fire pit, but no newspaper, kindling, no hatchet etc. the wood was slightly damp, so impossible to light without help. “My husband and I really loved our stay here. We just wanted a few days in nature and this place delivered so well. It was warm and sunny our first day, so we had an outdoor fire. It was chilly the next day so we had hot tub time overlooking the river. It snowed the next day so we spent the day by the fire. In all weather this place is fantastic. “This property was amazing, more then we could have asked for the surrounding views for the front and back yards were spectacular and on top of that we got to watch the sunset while hanging out in the hot tub. Beautiful wood cabin, and great communication with the owner as he stopped in to make sure all was going well and check in.
