“My husband and I stayed in the one bedroom chalet with bathroom and loved it! The chalet was very spacious and clean. It had a lot of privacy as it was tucked away in the trees. Felt rustic and very comfortable. Great location with close proximity to North Cascades National Park. The woman at the front office was very friendly. Would definitely recommend.”

“Beautiful setting! Loved the waterfall. Close to the National park entrance (take water & snacks! No concessions in the park). There were 4 adults. The kitchen is well stocked, loved the fire pit, firewood & the s’mores kit provided. The beds are comfortable. The rooms are tight, but that was fine, we spent a lot of time outside or hiking. Sheila was very responsive and clearly puts a lot of thought into making it a great stay for guests. We would come back! ”

“Wonderful cabin. ”

“Cabin is beautiful. Being an off grid cabin was new for us and it was a lot of fun. Sound of the river was so peaceful. They did a beautiful job decorating. Only thing we did did not love was no curtian on windows in bed room. Needs an option to close shade if you wish to. But this was a great experience and would stay again if in the area”

“Thought it was the perfect place to stay to see North Cascades NP! We absolutely loved the location - it was quiet & secluded for the evening but close enough to the park for the day! I was anxious about the generator but it was so easy & didn’t cause any issues at all! The only hiccup is that the GPS takes you to the back way which has a locked gate so make sure your GPS has you going to the check in area. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay. Overall, an above average VRBO. Well appointed with the essentials and very clean. The portable AC unit upstairs kept that area cool enough. It was running when we arrived, a nice touch. We found the beds and bedding to be very comfortable. The big hot tub was in good shape and clean, chemicals not to heavy. It was great to hit the tub at the end of a long day driving/hiking. We cleaned up the hummingbird feeders (no soap), and filled them with the usual 4-1……

“The property was perfect for our stay. We hiked Cascade Pass, and thus, the location worked well for our stay. Although we did not have any cell reception (ATT), we planned accordingly and it was not an issue for us. Such a peaceful and beautiful location. Host was super responsive and provided excellent communication. ”

“The property was spacious, clean, and we enjoyed a beautiful view of the Skagit River from the back porch and family room area. We used the home as a base for driving into the North Cascades National Park and doing day hikes. We did Cascade pass, Maple pass, and Blue Lake trails and then enjoyed the beautiful drive back to the rental home each day where we prepared a delicious meal using the grill and enjoying the dining area with a view of the river. “Amazing location, very secluded and close to national park. Home was decorated very well, and very well equipped ”

“This was the perfect small house for our quick get away to NCNP. It was a short drive to the park. Cabin had all the essentials, including a washer/dryer. It would be ideal for 2 people, but can fit 4 (it's a little tight). Listing was accurate and it had great views of the mountains. Would stay again! ”
