“Was already nice and toasty inside which was wonderful since it was freezing outside. All instructions were easy to follow getting there and inside the cabin. Very clean with a little binder that had details on anything we’d want to know. Everything stocked inside that we could need so that was a nice surprise. TV outdated and very slow, that’s the only small gripe we had. ”

“Nick’s place is such a gem - not only is it incredibly clean and well-cared for, but you get to be right on the river. We never get to bring our dogs on vacation because so many places have weight limits on dogs (which is totally fair), so it was a really special treat to get to bring our two big dogs with us. “We spent a long weekend at Saratoga Lodge in early April 2025. We loved the house and the gorgeous view, the fenced back yard (great for our dog), and the ultimate quiet. The noisiest thing was the furnace, but it worked great, so no complaining. We didn't cook much, but the smallish kitchen seemed well appointed. Kudos for having a knife sharpener. So often rental homes have all dull knives. A couple tips for renters: 1) It's preferred you leave shoes just inside the door, so bring slippers.……

“This property was amazing, more then we could have asked for the surrounding views for the front and back yards were spectacular and on top of that we got to watch the sunset while hanging out in the hot tub. Beautiful wood cabin, and great communication with the owner as he stopped in to make sure all was going well and check in. Overall a wonderful stay and if we are back out this way, we will for sure book again if available.”
