“I needed help finding the hotel. So, i called the front desk. The gentleman was helpful, VERY patient, and stayed on the phone with me til i pulled up to the front door (i didnt ask him to lol). Our room was very clean and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Its been a little more than a week since i stayed there and this is what i recall of their breakfast...The breakfast was very good and consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, biscuits, pancakes, cereal, fruits, muffins, orange and……

“Breakfast was outstanding. The elevator was inoperable and we had to go up three flights of stairs twice because of amount of luggage we had. Being older not fun”

“They're undergoing renovations. I'm sure it will greatly improve the property. It's a good place to stay if you don't mind the renovations. I stay there often, and once I had no hot water and changed rooms, and 2 other times the toilet was loose. They're good with service and are working hard to sort their issues. I still continue to stay there as I like the service and location and don't mind the occasional issues during renovations. If you don't want to be flexible I'd suggest staying……

“When visiting this area of Cleveland I always stay at this Hotel, although there might be better accommodation in this area i choose to stay at this one because it is affordable, clean and has good parking. The reception is also very great. overall they have very good customer service and I would stay there again”
