“Overall, this property was great. Many large comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large TV and sitting area in the basement to watch a movie each night. Nice location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and breweries, but the noise from the main street was very loud late at night. The garbage disposal did not work and the owner had no tips on how to get it working. The dishwasher also had standing water in it, so hopefully that was OK when we ran it before we left there is a huge double……

“It was the best location for the concert at the Fiserv. Check in was super easy, and it was so nice to have parking included. Very cozy, we loved it. ”

“Great location next to the Old 3rd ward. Easy walking distance to restaurants and bars. Felt very safe and walked everywhere. Perfect for our 3 day trip to see baseball at American Family field. ”

“The location of this VRBO was perfect for us, and it gave us the room to house members of our family in Milwaukee for a memorial service. It's located in a very walkable neighborhood, near what we needed for a several-day stay. It's a place that needs ability to climb stairs, just so you know, but that did not deter us 80 year- olds. The youngest among us (24) liked it, too. ”

“Great location and perfect apartment for 2. Came in for a wedding for the weekend and greatly enjoyed the property! Super clean and stocked with cups/plates/utensils which was perfect for morning coffee and food brought home! Great view from the balcony. Access to the gym was also fantastic! Loved the experience and highly recommend especially for the great price! ”

“Our unit in the building was great. It is a loft in the old Pabst Malt House. This building has been beautifully restored and preserved and it is in a great neighborhood in Milwaukee. It is a great space to have pets. The whole building is obviously pet friendly. Building access and parking pass were all electronic. There are no keys or physical parking pass even though the check in instructions say there are. Once we figured this out, everything was easy. The host was very responsive. The unit……

“Don’t book with this host. No communication, inaccurate messaging around check in and no communication on the day of check-in. Took 2 hours to get in contact, thanks to Vrbo Customer Support. Host tells me he’s double booked, wants to call me directly and set me up with one of his other properties. I declined his bait & switch, he got hostile and hung up on myself and support. Thankfully, I got my refund.”

“The property lacked photos of all the rooms in the house. The space was very open and had some dirt and such from a recent remodel. The upstairs did not have working A/C and was very hot compared to the downstairs. There were some windows in the bedrooms that were breaking and not completely closing. The listing’s pictures do not disclose the true state of the vrbo. And the communication with check-in instructions were not provided until after the check-in time.”

“Bed, bathroom, kitchen, and a desk. Its a solid set up for a short stay. Milwaukee street parking will always be a pain, but there is enough around the block to not be a huge issue ”
