“We had a fantastic stay at this old and quaint inn. It was exactly what I expected. Room was cute and quirky. Definitely not like a standard hotel room. But it had all the amenities required for today's guests. Check-in and staff were very friendly. On-site (free) parking was fabulous. We walked everywhere around Newport. “The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. However after checkout I didn’t receive any refund after multiple follow ups. Thus folks beware about what you are booking and what……

“We had 3 adults and a baby and rented a one bedroom unit and overall it was a decent experience! For this unit, they don’t allow you to have a parking spot for places with less than 2 bedrooms which was very frustrating since parking is very difficult and expensive in downtown Newport, especially since this unit was also very expensive to stay for 3 nights and we had a baby.
