“Our stay was excellent. We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect. The unit itself was beautiful. And the fact that it was pet friendly we loved. We did not have a pet with us, but we love seeing that there were pets at the resort.The only disappointing piece I would say was the fact that there was no icemaker anywhere in the building. Even though the refrigerator was full size, there was no ice. That was my only thing I wish that we could’ve had ice either made there in the……

“Gentleman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Just as advertised. Bed was okay. A little soft for me but fine. Had a little problem with the AC and Angel was there in 60 seconds and fixed it right up. I would definitely stay there again. I would definitely recommend it. ”

“The resort is excellent with great amenities. However I had a bad experience during check-in. I had booked a 3BR condo for 3 nights in May, all the way back in Jan 2025. Upon checking in, I was told that the 3BR condo is not available and I had to wait 15-20 mins and was provided a 2BR condo. I was also told that I would receive a refund for the differential amount. However after checkout I didn’t receive any refund after multiple follow ups. Thus folks beware about what you are booking and what……

“Under what did you like I would check every one, especially location by the water and Thames St. In addition, when we had car trouble, the hotel mechanic went out of his way to crawl under the car and diagnose the problem for us.”
