“I stayed for one day and extended it for another day. The staff insisted on changing my room. There were not many people that day. They insisted on changing me to a room I didn't like. It was far from the room I stayed in before. I felt that the staff was deliberately making things difficult for me.”

“Overall, I had a pleasant experience at this property. My only complaint would be that they had large equipment working pretty early in the morning right outside of my room. The hotel was not packed, so it would have been nice to not book people on the ground floor when they had heavy equipment work scheduled. ”
