“The room was very nice. Big, full fridge. Stove top, although it didnt work. Microwave worked good. We loved the room. The lack of staff was disheartening. Check in after 5pm was horrible with the video check in. The video quality was absolutely ridiculous. Couldn't hear anything. Kept having to ask the person to repeat themselves, and he wasnt nice about it. That alone made us not want to do this place again”

“I loved that the younger gentleman at the front desk was so welcoming. This hotel is mainly used by business guests. It is very quiet in a lovely treeded and quiet neighborhood. Everything was great.”

“I arrived an hour and a half early and staff was able to accommodate early check in at no extra cost. The hot water is AMAZING. The towels are nice and big. Desk for work was large and the chair comfortable. The hallway smelled like dog pee sometimes but other than that - it was a great stay and would definitely stay again. Oh and the complimentary pancakes were delicious!”
