“The location was absolutely beautiful and the house was newly renovated. My only complaint is that the AC was not powerful enough and the bedrooms got very warm making it difficult for everyone to sleep. The owner was great when I messaged them and sent an AC tech over right away, however the AC tech mentioned there wasn’t too much he could do about it since it was losing a lot of heat through the design they had gone with. Other than that one issue we had a lovely stay at this beautiful home.……

“Property was as expected. Not updated, but price reflected this. Clean and comfortable. The bonus room (with the twin beds on upper floor) got pretty hot, but there were several fans on site. ”

“We stay at VRBO properties at least 3-4 times a year, and this was one of the cleanest, well-stocked, well-kept properties we’ve stayed at in years—if not the best. Restaurants and stores within a 5 min drive, in a quiet neighborhood with a huge park nearby, super comfy beds (and not overcrowded with them like some properties); my only regret was that it wasn’t winter when I was there, because it’s so close to a few of the nation’s best ski resorts! Fantastic property!”

“This house is amazing! The property and the surrounding views are absolutely beautiful! You cant beat the location as well, so close to everything you'll want to do while staying. Being able to walk out the back gate to Dimple Dell Regional park was perfect. Thats how some of us started each morning, with a nice walk. “Great spot for our family and group of teen friends for ski trip. Great location close to base of Big Cottonwood Canyon. Lots of space for all the teens to spread out. Smiths grocery store is very close and kitchen was stocked to cook big meals.”

“We had an amazing family ski vacation! The house is magnificent and had everything we needed. There is plenty of space and the views are spectacular. ”

“The house was perfect for us and our 2 daughters, son's in-law and toddlers. We were in Salt Lake to visit our son, daughter-in-law and new grandaughter. We loved being able to gather and enjoy time together over meals and in the back yard sitting area. It was great to have the crib, high chair and blocks for the toddlers to play with. Easy access to the freeway to head to the farmer's market downtown as well as head into the canyon for hiking. Also enjoyed being in Mill Creek and Sugar House……

“Last minute changes made it so I was unable to stay at the air b n b but my kids stayed at Susan's cozy retreat. They reported that the beds were comfortable and the sitting area relaxing. Susan was easy going. She was in constant communication with me from the minute I reserved the condo which was really nice. The accommodations were just perfect for what we needed. ”
