“We went to Salt Lake to get out of the snow , it’ was 70 degrees , good call . We visited numerous kid attractions which were awesome . Good time had by all . The house fit us perfectly . ”

“This house does not have a ton of fancy amenities, but it is a GREAT deal for the location. It's just 20 min away from Alta/Snowbird. For the price, it's super hard to beat!We did have an issue with the oven/stove not working. The host was very responsive, but was not able to get the issue resolved while we were there. So that was too bad, but the host was accommodating and provided us with a partial refund for our trouble.Overall, this house served it's purposed. We needed a place to stay that……

“We stay at VRBO properties at least 3-4 times a year, and this was one of the cleanest, well-stocked, well-kept properties we’ve stayed at in years—if not the best. Restaurants and stores within a 5 min drive, in a quiet neighborhood with a huge park nearby, super comfy beds (and not overcrowded with them like some properties); my only regret was that it wasn’t winter when I was there, because it’s so close to a few of the nation’s best ski resorts! Fantastic property!”

“What a lovely home base for family adventures in Utah! Pictures do not do justice to the view from the backyard. The large nature preserve immediately behind the house has miles and miles of trails surrounded by mountains on almost every side. The location makes for easy access to the Cottonwood Canyons and tons of outdoor activities. We particularly appreciated how comfortable the couches were in the family living room, front living room and covered back porch. There was plenty of comfy seating……

“Place was comfortable and clean. Only issue I had was the yard. No curb appeal. Yard is neglected and needed to be mowed. Looks like a dumpy place when you pull up. Inside was clean and comfortable. But if you're staying with 7 people as advertised that it sleeps. Kitchen was not well stocked to cook for 7. Not blender, crockpot etc. Other than that, it was great. Very quiet nice neighborhood. Close to freeway and lots of restaurants and stores. Including Trader Joes.”
