“The staff was very nice and accomodating and made up for the noise from loud neighboring guests, appearance of the tarp which was in the breakfast area, and construction mound outside which reduced the appeal of the view. ”

“I have stayed here many times for quick trips into Hartford and every time has been awesome! Staff (especially the night staff) has always been helpful and friendly. Room is great, easy check in and out and any kind of issue is handled right away. I love staying here!”

“This is day 2 after check out and I don’t have my deposit back. This is an issue they can’t wait to take it from you during checking I. But where is it when you check out? Or the next day or the next day ”

“We had a 1 night stay here. Parking lot was full and I was given permission by night staff to park in one of the 'handicap' spots. It was quiet for sleeping even with a full house. The free breakfast was OK with the usual coffee, bagels, muffins, eggs, etc. There's a Cracker Barrel behind and restaurants across the street if needed.All in all it was good and I'd stay again.”
