“We loved everything about this condo but especially the location. It was wonderful to be able to walk everywhere for coffee, food and entertainment! The neighborhood is top notch and close to both Belmont and Vanderbilt. If we wanted to go somewhere else we just hopped in an Uber. The condo itself was quiet and beautiful. Wouldn’t hesitate for a second the next time we visit Nashville!”

“Nice condo. Located next to excellent coffee shop. About a one mile walk to many restaurants. Traveled with my family of five. Pull out sofa was comfortable. Had a maintenance issue and management immediately. Easy parking.”

“We had a great stay. The home was very clean, owner communicated with us and coordinated to let us drop our stuff off ahead of check in. The layout was perfect for the 3 couples in our group. It felt like we each had our own wing but also had great communal space. Close to all the fun places we went to, including the 12 South neighborhood. The owner was very communicative and hospitable”

“Everything was beautiful and as advertised in the pictures. It was close enough to downtown for a cheap uber, but far enough away that it felt like we weren't near a big city. Out of all my travels, it was by far the cleanest and the pictures actually do it justice. Bathrooms on each and every floor of the house were well stocked.There were a few downsides/obstacles at the unit:1) there were not tvs in all of the bedrooms which was a little unusual for a vrbo (my fault for not reading the……

“We were two adult couples celebrating our retirements. The house is set up for larger groups; however it worked out well for us to spread out. My wife and I took the lower floor bedroom and they took the upper floor bedroom, so we could spread out. The AC works great. We used the rooftop almost everyday. We rented a car so access to the garage was a big plus! If we did it again, we would probably Uber to downtown as parking is ridiculously expensive.”
