“The price we paid for a midweek stay was amazing. That is what brought us to the property. Initial communication with the owners was very clear, easy email and arrival directions were good. Upon arrival, the property appeared well used. It needs a little TLC to fix it up but you could tell this was a fun party property. We were using it for a family of 6, so it worked out really well. Rooms were clean, each of the many beds had their own towels etc. and the rooftop was really enjoyable when it……

“It was a beautiful property! The home was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of stairs, but it meant for somewhat separate living spaces which was nice for our large group. The location was terrific! We were able to walk to awesome coffee in the morning, shopping on 12South, as well as through Belmont and Vanderbilt. Our host was very gracious and communicative. I'd love to stay again!”
