This became an issue when it came to obtaining access codes, as the Sonder website (which was emailed to me for verification) didn't accept either Confirmation code. I also started a chat with Sonder 3 weeks prior to our stay asking about bed arrangements to ensure we had the correct number of beds, and I NEVER heard back from them. This was an issue becasue we got to the property and had to make up the sofabed but didn't know……
