“Perfect little condo in a nice location. Away from all the noise and traffic but close enough to walk to broadway and Nissan Stadium.Everything about this condo was excellent… Harry with instructions as well as local information, the bed & pillows, the shower! coffee, you tube TV, wi-fi…this has it all! ”

“Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do. (Less than a mile.) We also loved being on the river and seeing the groundhogs everyday. The condo itself was clean and comfy, however the sofa needs to be replaced. It’s broken on one side. The dip in the hallway near the bathroom is also a trip hazard as one other reviewer mentioned. It can easily be stepped over, but will catch you off guard if you’re not careful. It also includes everything needed to cook full meals if……

“The property is gated, and includes parking in the gated area. The unit was beautiful and clean! We had a 10 - 15 minutes walk to Broadway, always felt safe. Communication with the host was great. My daughter and I came back late one night and received a low battery message on the check in pad to our unit. We messaged the host and he was there the next day to replace the battery and asked if there was anything else we needed. We had a wonderful stay!”

“The condo was the perfect location for us! It was a mile to Nissan Stadium and a mile to Broadway. The trains were unexpected but it was wasn’t a big deal. Condo was super clean and the host was fantastic!”

“The property was just as described. We enjoyed watching the party boats go by on the river, and sitting on the balcony. We selected this property due to the fact that it was a walk-able distance from the activities we had planned. As a side note - all of our walking was done during the day-time hours, and walking several miles per day is routine for us. There was a lot of construction across the street, which we knew about from other reviews. The noise was not bothersome. We did not have a……

“Great time ”

“The condo is located approximately 8 minutes on foot from the main strip on a quiet street. We happened to have loud construction right outside our window during the weekday mornings (that's why I put 4 stars for accuracy - I don't think our host knew). The place is beautifully decorated, a great size, super clean and has all necessary amenities. Amanda was an outstanding host! Checking in and out were seamless. We will definitely rent it again when we are back in Nashville!”

“Kim was a terrific host. Her condo was just perfect. Right on the Cumberland River with all the comforts of home. Kim was available by text with a quick response for any questions we had including recommendations for a good pizza. Although it was only 1.5 miles from Broadway it was a little far of a walk for us. (We’re in our 60’s). Uber was just a short ride away. We would totally stay here again!”
