“We visited Nashville for 4 days traveling up to Mammoth Cave National Park and to Fall Creek Falls State Park. This location is close to many activities if you don't have a car. The condo is well stocked with everything you could need (except a sharp knife or scissors and we could have used more hangers). I appreciated how much thought the owner has put into making guests comfortable. (Mirrors in bedrooms and hooks for hanging towels). We used the pool which is nice for cooling off and the……

“Great location easy to find very secure with coded elevator and door entry. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Fantastic train watching location, elevated tracks are right above your windows within 50 feet or so. Trains run approximately two to three times per hour day and night on the the days we were there a Tuesday and Wednesday your train mileage may vary on other days. You can quickly get used to the deep rumbling sound of the trains unless a train has malfunctioning brakes screeching.……

“We had an awesome time in Nashville and Jerrod’s place worked out great for our group! Could walk to Broadway and an Uber back after long day/night was fairly inexpensive. Also could access other areas by Uber…Gulch, Music Row for a very low cost. Place is as advertised. Most impressive was how responsive to questions the host is! ”

“We had a great stay! The location was perfect—just a short walk to The Gulch, which made it easy for our teens to explore and walk to dinner on their own. We felt totally safe in the neighborhood. The home itself was super cute and thoughtfully decorated, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Having two shower stalls helped speed up getting ready to go out. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!”

“Very clean, pictures didn’t do the place justice, so much nicer than the pictures. Condo had every you needed, great view, close to broadway and about a mile or so from many other places. Would highly recommend and book another stay here”
