“Can’t beat the location of this property. We walked to Bridgestone Arena and the bars on Broadway. The rental is clean and comfortable. The property is gated which was a nice added safety feature. Parking was easy. The owner gave us good directions and was easy to reach. We would stay here again without a doubt.”

“The condo was the perfect location for us! It was a mile to Nissan Stadium and a mile to Broadway. The trains were unexpected but it was wasn’t a big deal. Condo was super clean and the host was fantastic!”

“The property was just as described. We enjoyed watching the party boats go by on the river, and sitting on the balcony. We selected this property due to the fact that it was a walk-able distance from the activities we had planned. As a side note - all of our walking was done during the day-time hours, and walking several miles per day is routine for us. There was a lot of construction across the street, which we knew about from other reviews. The noise was not bothersome. We did not have a……

“The condo is located approximately 8 minutes on foot from the main strip on a quiet street. We happened to have loud construction right outside our window during the weekday mornings (that's why I put 4 stars for accuracy - I don't think our host knew). The place is beautifully decorated, a great size, super clean and has all necessary amenities. Amanda was an outstanding host! Checking in and out were seamless. We will definitely rent it again when we are back in Nashville!”

“Kim was a terrific host. Her condo was just perfect. Right on the Cumberland River with all the comforts of home. Kim was available by text with a quick response for any questions we had including recommendations for a good pizza. Although it was only 1.5 miles from Broadway it was a little far of a walk for us. (We’re in our 60’s). Uber was just a short ride away. We would totally stay here again!”
