“We came to Nashville to see our daughter and grandsons. The condo is down the street from their house. We had a wonderful few days, going to the zoo and enjoying great restaurants. All the restaurants were close to the condo. We had a wonderful stay. ”

“While the communication with the staff was efficient and the ability to check out late was wonderful, the cleanliness of the property wasn’t great. There were fingerprints, makeup, and scuffs on walls. The grout in one shower was so dirty and the tub in the other bathroom had footprints on it. They also did not have toilet paper holders and seemed to have patches on each wall. They also lacked conveniences such as shampoo”

“The condo was not quite as close to Broadway as we had expected, but it’s still just a short 10-minute walk. It was exactly as described and spacious enough for four adults. Communication before our trip was great—I received prompt replies to all my questions. Although the condo is situated next to a train track, we rarely heard the trains and found the area to be quiet overall. It was well-stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!”

Easy walking distance to the venue and to a number of bars and restaurants. We ate lunch at the Germantown Cafe, had a drink at Von Elrod's on the patio, and saw the show. Quick brunch in The Gulch the next day and we were on our way. The condo was cozy, quiet, and comfortable with a great view of the Cumberland River and a perfect……
