“I didn’t expect it to be in an industrial area and the location to be offices refurbed to a condo. Once inside you didn’t realize the outside location. I was scared the first night, but settled in to the situation. I was thankful for the dogs next door. ”

“Check in and check out process was very smooth, and the property manager was always a text away with quick responses. It was very close to where we needed to be, and we had dinner one night in East Nashville (about 15 min back to the unit after dinner) Definitely recommend this place! Super cozy, and being pet friendly was a plus! ”

“Beautifully renovated unit but cheaped out on bed frame very flimsy, also toilet not anchored very well keeps rocking. But all and all very well done.”

“stayed here with some friends for my birthday and it was perfect! it slept the 4 of us comfortably but we could have easily fit more, check-in was smooth and communication was great! also there was a coffee shop about 10 steps away from our front door which was so cool! it’s in a great location and we had no issues getting ubers too and from the house, i would definitely stay here again next time i’m in nashville!”

“Close enough to downtown where it’s a short uber ride but far enough away that we didn’t have to deal with noisy downtown rowdy people. Loved that the space was on the bottom floor. Hated how the upstairs was really noisy. But that was my only complaint. The vrbo was spacious, clean, and a great location. Disclaimer!! Don’t leave without memorizing the door passcode!!! It locks behind you. We got locked out! Thankfully my husband had his phone so we could contact the vrbo host! They responded……

“This studio apartment was cute and big enough for a couple to stay the night. The dryer was running upon arrival with sheets and towels in the dryer. There were a few left over beers in the fridge. The shower was nice and the bed comfortable. There are steps to climb so be aware. The drive to bridgestone took awnile due to traffic and a cab ride back cost more than a lyft. Definitely not walking distance to downtown. ”
