“this place was great! check in process and check out was great. loved the location. snacks and drinks in kitchen were a lovely surprise. only drawbacks were the bathroom had kind of musty smell. also, the roof is paper thin and upstairs neighbors sounded like elephants. this was most frustrating at midnight especially when their dogs were barking. not a reflection of larry, but it impeded sleep, so felt it fair to point out. loved the onsite pool and restaurants and pet store in walking……

“The property was the perfect size and location for our brief stay during my daughter’s Belmont orientation. Walkable to and from campus and plenty of spots to eat. The host was very responsive and professional. I would stay here again.”

“We had a wonderful time in this house! It was very confortable, near by everything. The beds are a little bit small, and 2 of the rooms have barely andy closeths or drawers. 2 bathrooms have no place to put any travel bags or even tooth brush. No mirrors in most of the rooms. Things like that I think are necessary for these kinds of accomodation. ”

“The location of this property could not have been better. Many restaurants and shops were just around the corner and we had parking at the door of our unit. This unit was on one level, no steps or stairs. We would stay here again for sure. ”

“My husband and I came to Nashville to visit a college campus with our son. This property is clean, quiet, safe and comfortable. It's easy to walk to Belmont University, as well as to nearby shops and restaurants. Vanderbilt University is also nearby. Both bedrooms have good mattresses, the kitchen is convenient, and it's great having two bathrooms. Communication with the host was timely, friendly and helpful. Excellent stay!”

“My best friend and I went to Nashville for the weekend for a football game and nightlife and it was the perfect place to come home to after long nights. It is updated, clean, and just so cute. The natural light and the open concept shower made the place feel so roomy! The bed is super comfortable and there’s a pull out couch too if you have more people. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s a 10 minute uber ride from everything and the property manager was so communicative and kind. Stay……

“This hotel, bedroom/living area setup and location were absolutely amazing! Three couples stayed here and we all agreed that we will be back. Room check in was so easy and we loved the keypads outside of the door. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of room for multiple couples. There is underground paid self parking which is nice. It is located in one of the best areas with plenty of restaurants and shopping. There was live music on Friday which was a nice bonus. Staff was super……
