“The first night I Got a room the price was decent then the second night the price doubled. I think the price for the second night on a Monday night was too much compared to other hotels in the area. ”

“Great house space and great outdoor living space, but needs more upkeep and deep cleaning. The location was great. The host was very good to communicate with us and respond to some basic needs that we requested on arrival . Furnishings in the living room were very limited for a house advertised for 10. One chair and one couch for seating. The outdoor patio furniture and living area was not usable on arrival. Very very dirty. The host informed us there had been a dust storm a few days prior and……

“Stayed here 5 days. Everything was very clean and it was easy to check in. Beds where comfortable and smelled nice. Kitchen had a new fridge and was big. The area is super quiet which we liked. Across the street is just an open field and we never saw any of the neighbors. Stars looked beautiful from this location. I would rent from this owner again. The only thing was we where not able access the backyard as it was getting worked in for the future. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. ”

“Overall we enjoyed the property. Lacking some essentials. No instructions on how to log in to Wi-fi. Coffee maker broken. We definitely enjoyed Arizona.”

“The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the……
