“The best part of this motel is the safety! All rooms and parkings are gated, especially in this unsafe and limited street parking town! The Rooms are clean and spacious! Although no breakfast provided and no microwave, it’s easy to find a place to eat in a walking distance. With this price in Oakland Broadway, this is a nice place to stay. “I did have a great stay here with some minor caveats. The early check-in at 2 for $30 is not my favorite. Although my king bed room was truly giant (bigger than a few apartments I've lived in) there were no windows to the outside world (only a small one to the hallway/walkway, right at eye level for anyone outside if my blinds were open.)
