“Before arriving I emailed the owner and asked if there were any other instructions or info I needed to check in? He replied no, have a great weekend. So upon arrival we encounter a key lock, which we had anticipated but saw there was no code included in any of our correspondence? So here we are, at our destination, after 5 hours of driving and we’re stuck on the porch! I messaged the host, and while waiting on a response we unloaded our luggage and supplies, and sat on the porch. I’m sure it was……

“Our stay was great, with a lot of little details taken care of that you don't normally expect. Like condiments already in the fridge, laundry detergent in the laundry room, etc. The house and property were very clean and the view of the lake was awesome. Tucked away in a very quiet area. Jordan checked in with us on Saturday morning and was easy to reach as needed. My wife loved cooking on the Blackstone. Would definitely book again.”

“This was a very quiet relaxing spot. The view from the hotel room is gorgeous. The patio overlooking Lake Cumberland was so relaxing. Rent a boat or bring one it is a boaters dream come true. The office staff was great very friendly. House keeping was great. I would highly recommend this location. The areas around was great. All the parks and nature areas. The views are breath taking. We were only three hours away from home. A vacation we truly needed . ”

“Beautiful views from the deck and and living area. Location is a ways away from grocery stores and such so plan accordingly. Sara was very helpful in preparing us for our stay and information sharing regarding such. House was clean, comfortable and perfect for our group. Plenty of necessities to make our stay feel homey. Sara is a fantastic host who makes it a priority to make your stay as effortless as possible. Working with her was easy and fun ”

“Property overall very nice and well-appointed, a lot of attention to detail. We did not lack anything at all, especially in the kitchen making meals for 4 teenagers. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone, plenty of towels and comfortable places to hang out. Though we were there for beautiful Lake Cumberland; having the pool table and hot tub kept us all entertained and relaxed our entire stay. We can’t wait to come back!”

“The cabin was neat, clean, and had everything we needed. I was surprised that the address listed in the posting was not the location of the cabin. The cabin is 20 to 30 minutes away from a lake access boat dock and any towns. Definitely take groceries. ”
