“We enjoyed a few days away at this property. Be aware, this unit is on the second floor. There is a stair lift which was a blessing. If you need it, make arrangements in advance. It has an updated kitchen area and even a dishwasher. Also, the outside grill is charcoal, which was provided. The bed was large and comfy.”

“Peaceful location about 1/2 mile from the main road with very little road noise. Really , the only noise was from the cattle in the field across the road. Property is as listed and convenient to Monticello and Beaver Creek Marina. Lots of boat trailer parking.”

“What a fishing trip we had. It was the perfect place to stay the only thing they are no place to park boats. If you have family and just want to get away this is where I would go. The view is beautiful and the home was a dream home. They are numbers to call if you need anything at all which we never had to call. Town is just a few miles away and never seen the neighbors at all. We appreciate everything they had for us beer never had to supply any of it beside food. Great stay. ”

“We absolutely loved our stay! The house is clean, cozy, and full of charm. You can truly feel the care and love the owner has put into every detail to ensure guests have a peaceful, relaxing experience. She was incredibly friendly and responsive, which made everything even smoother.
