“This hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not manned several times when we needed help. We arrived about 11:30pm to an unlocked front door and unmanned front desk. After about 5 minutes or so, I called their phone number. An agent came out of an office just 15 down the hall from the lobby and checked us in. I had to notify kitchen help once to refill a coffee dispenser and another time to put cups out. The did have bacon every day that we were day, much better than other……

“We never got our room cleaned. I think they only came thru at 7am to clean rooms. We were out of the room by 10am each day but it was never cleaned.”

“Had a very nice stay. It was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. Good place to stay! Very dog friendly also.”

“My day was very good. I was very comfortable. However, the hotel needs updates like yesterday. The staff were very friendly. I was able to go to sleep, and I have to worry about a lot of noise issues.”

“Captain's Cottage is super cute! The pictures really dont do it justice. We were a block from the beach. Snug Harbour and Noto's are a must for waterfront dining. Downtown had lots to offer as well and was walking distance to CC. We had to make a trip to Meijer...also very close...and was astonished at the cleanliness and upscale feel of this store. We had a great, although too short stay, at Captain's Cottage.”

“This cottage is much cuter than the pictures show. The setting on the river is beautiful and relaxing! We stayed for the Holland Tulip festival and the setting was the perfect retreat after a long day of walking and people. The house is comfortable and relaxing and provided everything we needed for our stay!”
