“My day was very good. I was very comfortable. However, the hotel needs updates like yesterday. The staff were very friendly. I was able to go to sleep, and I have to worry about a lot of noise issues.”

“This hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not manned several times when we needed help. We arrived about 11:30pm to an unlocked front door and unmanned front desk. After about 5 minutes or so, I called their phone number. An agent came out of an office just 15 down the hall from the lobby and checked us in. I had to notify kitchen help once to refill a coffee dispenser and another time to put cups out. The did have bacon every day that we were day, much better than other……

“Great Hotel! Location was close to Grand Haven State Park, we stayed for the Kite Festival. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, room was really clean and quiet. Pool area was great, hot tub was a bonus. Loved how the hotel was on a channel so we could watch the boats on the little boardwalk and we could walk under the bridge to a great little Bbq place, Dr Rolf’s Bbq. Breakfast was amazing, the ladies in the morning rocked! So friendly. Will definitely recommend and sty again if in the area.……

“Captain's Cottage is super cute! The pictures really dont do it justice. We were a block from the beach. Snug Harbour and Noto's are a must for waterfront dining. Downtown had lots to offer as well and was walking distance to CC. We had to make a trip to Meijer...also very close...and was astonished at the cleanliness and upscale feel of this store. We had a great, although too short stay, at Captain's Cottage.”
