“When we arrived for check-in we were greeted with a notice at the front desk with a memo that states they do NOT rent rooms to locals. I am appreciative that I was allowed to continue with my reservation because the general manager wanted all rooms to be filled. I think it would be nice that when making a reservation people are made aware that if they live in the surrounding counties they will not be allowed to stay at this hotel. “First when I checked in, there still guests inside for the room gave to me Then I had to go back to asked another room. The lady at front desk was not happy and passed that room to another check in guest. Moment after, that guest met the same issue. Few hours after my check in, my credit card was charged again. So I went down to check with the front desk. The lady at front desk is very rude and she said that is the system trasaction and she can do nothing. And nobody I can talk to. I have to……

“Unique, beautiful property. We loved it! The bed was great and the furnishings in the room were spare but perfect. It's in a gorgeous place and the grounds are so nice to spend time on. If we could change one thing, it would be the bright light outside our room. Please make it motion activated, or let us turn it off, or if you can't do either of those two things then give the rooms blackout shades. The room never got dark because of this bright light.
