“There were no workers/staff there they had all been fired. No clean towels, no TV remote in room, and the closet mirror door fell off but didn't break. See pic. The breakfast items were terrible, understaffed. Two people working. We don't blame the staff, we think Hilton is responsible for this whole ordeal.”
