“The hotel staff were professional and courteous in every circumstance. I was disappointed with the basic structural amenities. (This facility does not have a covered area for loading/unloading. We arrived during heavy rain and the absence was very noticeable, disappointing, and showed evidence of poor strategic planning at the corporate level. Wisconsin has more than its fair share of inclement weather.)”

“Very friendly receptionist and staff. We felt welcomed, and were always greeted friendly during our 5-day stay. The breakfast buffet was meticulously maintained and replenished, and offered varying options of hot breakfast items every morning. Our room was clean and had a nice and generous layout. The bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.”

“I was very impressed with the new hotel. Apparently it's only been open for two months. (Hotels.com needs more photos on the listing). But fresh looking lobby, open format, great color palette too. Loved the pool table. Nice touch. The room I had was small but had everything I needed. Was appreciative of the multiple areas to plug in technology. Great pillow choices too. Definitely on my list of place to stay when I come back to the area.”

“The property was fairly new. The rooms were in declining condition. For instance the bed did not hav anything to cover the bottom mattress so it looked cheap. The area around us was good but a lot of traffic noise. ”
