“Parking was free. I had no trouble walking from my car to my car in the parking lot. Inside my room was a big clean comfortable bed and hard wood flooring. A working mini frig and TV. The towels were big and fluffy. A free breakfast was offered that started at 7am, but I had appointments from 6am to 11am. So I wasn’t able grab a bite. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay there again. ”

“The breakfast was good and very convenient and the staff was always courteous helpful. The water pressure was awful in the morning and resulted in cold showers and there was no blow dryer for your hair. We had a nice stay and would return but will remeber a blow dryer and not try to shower in the am. ”

“Nice staff and good location, a few homeless appear may be a block away from the south and east of the hotel. They don't look bothering but better no walk alone at night.”

“Nice stay. Room was nice. We were there to see a show at the Golden 1 and the walk to the front entrance was less than 5 minutes. Great location!”

“Great historic hotel with very good service. However, it is downtown, so it's a little noisy if you are visiting on a weekday. The complimentary ear plugs were a clue. Overall, very good experience. ”

“Gorgeous refurbished old building and done extremely well. SUPER friendly and helpful staff. The morning breakfast could be run a little more smoothly. Was also disappointed when wanting to enjoy the restaurant and it was unexpectedly closed to the public for an event that was last minute and not announced to hotel guests. That was VERY disappointing as it was late and very few options in the area, in fact, most were already shutting down. Ended up having a Arco AM/PM hotdog. They definitely……
