“Great for the price ”

“It was adequate for the price. Building is very holllow as u can hear basically everything. Has to "tip toe" in my room as the guest below complained to the desk of me walking around doing normal things. ”

“This is under new ownership/management. They are working hard to upgrade. I stayed 2 nights. There are a few people who are temporarily staying long term, but it’s quiet and friendly. Overall, the room was nice, with TV, refrigerator, no freezer, microwave, coffee pot, hairdryer, and safe. The space where the toilet sits is a little tight. (Probably built in the 50’s, but very clean and well kept.) ”

“The house was immaculate, lots of little helpful details as well, from a binder of information to items like toothpaste if you forgot your own, and snacks (which made my college student immensely happy). If anything was amiss, the property owner responded immediately. You can see Smith Hall from the porch so that was a huge plus! I wish check in was a bit earlier than 4 pm. We will definitely be back again. ”

“This property was perfect for our race weekend. Close enough to track for early morning driver meetings and breaks from the track when needed. Plus the owners have thought of everything their guests would need for their convenience. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and convenient not to mention the beautiful home and property. ”
