“The room is comfortable and clean. However, only disposable tableware is used for breakfast, which is not eco-friendly. The location is easy to access and in a walkable distance to Byward Market. The only drawback is there are a lot of homeless on the street but they didn’t appear to be threatening. ”

“Very good experience to stay. The room clean and big enough. With basement car park to make to feel my car safe to park. The washroom with show gel / shampoo & conditioner. The showhead was adjustable and water pressure strong enough. And there are also very impressive idea. Never see it in other hotel. A small night light in washroom. Breakfast with a lot options too.but the house keeper opened our door and come to clean up the room directly before we check out. This must be improve. ”

“We got early check in for a little family getaway. Branjalig checked us in and she was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Fresh cookies were ready at check in. The hotel was beautiful, clean, quiet and big. We enjoyed the big pool and hot tub. The breakfast was included and had something for all of us. We could walk to outlet mall. Lots of parking. “Clean, great breakfast, comfortable beds, amazing staff who were very friendly and helpful. Quiet neighborhood perfect for walking our dog. Will be returning to this place every time we visit Ottawa. It would have been great to have access to a pool, but traveling with a puppy we probably would not have been using it anyways.”
