“We stayed in two suites that were large and authentic Arabian design with alot of attention to detail. Breakfast was delicious daily and the lunch and dinner menu was best in area. There are however excellent cafes and restaurants close by, as well as a full modern grocery store for anything you want like home. Tap water is drinkable. “Non of the staff spoke any English. The room was clean but the AC temperature wasn’t adjustable. The options were off or 16C. The hotel is located in the center of the city so you can find everything you need on foot. There was plenty of parking space in front of the hotel. ”

“There is a problem in the shower.no water in the sink. The aircondition in my room is not working I ask the staff to change my room because its too noisy I hear people talking outside. I hear the laundry and didnt let me. The place in the breakfast is small. I am not satisfied and I am not happy on their service.”

“The hotel is actually a hostel, which is fine with me. I mention it so others know they will have to make their bed and share the hall bath. The beds are very firm. The host is friendly and helpful. Coolest part is staying in a riad in the Medina. It is great for a night or two.”

“The guy spoke to us over the phone the day before and told us to call when we were 15 min out. We called and the guy refused to tell us where the apartment was, refused us to stay, and took the money for the apartment rental. We were in the middle of the street with our suitcases and had nowhere to stay for the 3 nights we rented.”
