“In a prime location but comes with the difficulties of people nagging you for money/ bread on the street. Property itself is not 5*, more like 4*. Spacious room, excellent breakfast and very courteous/ helpful staff. Got to see the real Cape Town a bit because of location. Could provide 2 bottles of water per day rather than the strict policy of one/room. Enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend ”

“There were amazing views. The room was spacious with a huge balcony & a fireplace in the living room. The breakfast was included & made to order. “location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“My friend and I had a good stay. The staff were the best part. Starting from the front desk, to the kitchen staff, and housekeeping. Everyone was kind and accommodating. Our front desk person that checked us in, Patou, was superb. We appreciated all of his help. The location is fine and walkable. It’s a convenient location I think. “It's always convenient to stay here when coming into the airport. Staff is always friendly and helpful, and it's great having a shuttle from the airport. The only issue I had was the temp of the room. They want you to keep it where it is, so it's difficult to change the temperature. All in all, very helpful staff and very clean hotel!”
