“Beautiful and well maintained property and grounds. The gardens are beautifully planted and a pleasure to walk around. The spa and swimming pool facilities are well appointed; and outdoor lounging and dining areas are great for enjoying the surrounding mountains and fine weather. Stefan’s fine dining restaurant tasting menu was interesting and well executed and staff all knowledgable and friendly. Hope to return! Great spot. ”

“It was advertised with parking being available. The was no secure parking at the property and the area was clearly unsafe not allowing a vehicle to parked in the street without significant risk.”

“My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend……

“I got scammed by the hotel. I booked and it was confirmed, I paid, when calling for directions the reception said it was full and there was nothing they could do and that I must contact customer services for a refund. Customer services rejected the refund request ”

“The apartment had a horrible stench as soon as you walk in. I messaged the manager about it and they came about two days later and sprayed the apartment with a highly fragrant substance but the smell remained beneath it. My shower light didn’t work. I told them but it was not fixed. The apartment was extremely cold due to the terrible winds in the area and it is not insulated at all. The wind can be felt coming through beneath the doors and between the windows. I asked for a space heater and……
