“We had an issue on the Monday of our stay; we were rudely awoken by a customer who claimed that we were in her room; this was followed by another rude call from reception to ask if why we hadnt vacated the room. We were booked until Tuesday; unacceptable behaviour”

“The hotel was wonderful. I loved the aesthetics. I had a nice little room but I loved. It was very clean. The breakfast was good and the staff was wonderful and accommodating. Only thing I don’t like was the 10am checkout but other than that it was a beautiful comforting experience. I’ll definitely go back. ”

“Hotel com bom custo benefício. Ao lado do centro de convenções e a 5 min de carro do Waterfront. Cafe bom, limpeza adequada. O banheiro nao tem divisao com o quarto, o que deixa o ambiente sempre molhado, na minha opiniao o unico inconveniente ”

“The hotel was in a great location and was fanastic. Despite being only a 15 minute walk into the waterfront, there is a shuttle that can be used free of charge every hour. Drinks and food was very good and good pricing. ”

“Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe mit Pool in der gepflegten Umgebung von Sea Point, Kapstadt – familienfreundlich, sauber und sicher. Alle wichtigen Attraktionen, einschließlich des Tafelbergs, sind in maximal 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Einziger Kritikpunkt war das Frühstück: Mehrfach mussten wir unnötig lange auf einen freien Tisch warten. Das Frühstück selbst entsprach solidem internationalen Hotelstandard.”
