“The staff is extremely warm, friendly, professional, and beyond helpful. Breakfast is unbelievable. Every type of breakfast food buffet in the large room plus ability to order off the menu. The hotel is in a fantastic location at the Waterfront in Cape Town. ”

“Can’t recommend this hotel enough. We had such a lovely stay. The rooms were huge and the balcony was a huge added plus. Everyone working there was so friendly and went out of their way to help us. The location is beyond perfect- it’s super safe and walkable to the V&A and Oranjezicht market. Some reviewers negatively compared it to the neighboring Queen Victoria hotel, but we actually preferred how close the Dockhouse is to the pool area. We’ll definitely stay again on our next trip to Cape……

“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“Everything was perfect. Staff, food, linens, location were amazing. Only problem? Mold on the wall between the toilet and shower. Pretty gross. Fix that problem and I would give them 10 out of 10”

“I have been told that my breakfast is included while check in, but, it is NOT, and also the attitude of the cashier while check out is BAD and the face is LONG. And I don't think I will staying at here next time.”
