Enviamos mensagem e nao fomos atendidos, colocamos o lixo no corredor e mesmo assim nao tivemos a prestação de serviços e a atenção e também nao devolveram o lixo ao banheiro. O local é legal, diferente e bem decorado, mas a experiência com o lixo existente no checkin e durante nao foi legal.”

“Unique boutique hotel, with a central, open air courtyard check in. No elevator but we loved it! Staff were so friendly and accommodating and our room had its own patio. Roof top bar (not open for the season yet while we were there) had lovely views . On a fairly steep hill with narrow cobblestone sidewalks so not really handicapped accessible. Would recommend. ”

“This is a small (5 rooms) guest house in a great neighborhood (The Waterkant). The house is beautiful with a small well-kept garden. Our room was in the basement (which sounds worse than what it actually was), but I think a room higher up would have been nicer. There is no reception at the house so the check-in procedure was a little more complicated than it should have been. We arrived in the evening and had been promised that a manager would be there to greet us, but that did not happen. So we……

“Didn't like all the biometric security to get in and leave the property. You need to get face scanned twice and use a magnetic disk three times to get a car out of the basement parking. Feels like one is living in a prison. Apartment was poorly maintained. Water leaked out of the bath onto the floor, sink was clogged, refrigerator wasn't cold enough to keep food preserved. Apt does have aircon which was great when the loadshedding wasn't active. ”

“The property was advertised as walkable, yes, you could walk, but there’s nothing near by. Also, a lot of the lights in the unit were out of order; kitchen, dining room, parts of the living room. Would not recommend staying here, especially if you don’t have a car to get around. Check in place was about a mile a way, so if you don’t have a car you’d have to do Uber/taxi more than once…”

“I loved the stay at Winchester. Very well located in sea point in a beautiful property. Breakfast was delicious, there was parking available for very little additional price, and staff was simply fantastic, vey thoughtful and friendly. I had to checkout around 5 am for and early flight and they prepared a breakfast box to go. ”
