“We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the competent staff, and especially to Ms. Nadia, who made us feel welcome from the very first minute with their exceptional yet unobtrusive attention and courtesy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Since I had to check out late on my last day, they provided me with free accommodation in another room until my flight time. “Lovely hotel with fabulous artwork everywhere. Personalized service 24/7. The staff was friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to add special touches. Turndown service was especially impressive. Good location: ubers from Derwent to most attractions were under $6 per trip. Highly recommend!”

“I loved everything about Four Rosemead. The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. Lungi was so very helpful in organizing our pickup and transportation from the airport, and also booking tours for us while in Cape Town. Arthur was there to greet us on our arrival, and each evening when we returned. Chef Ian and his staff in the kitchen had a wonderful breakfast for us each morning. Would definitely stay here again!”
