“我們很滿意這次入住Fancourt hotel四晚，這裡是打高爾夫球的天堂，有三個一流球場，還有附近一小時車程內有好幾個不錯好球場。我們享受旅館優質服務和印度洋邊的高爾夫球場。 唯一讓我們非常困擾的事，旅館在我們入住前通知我們要變更我們預訂的房型，從Manor house 變成Fancourt hotel的單房套間，這個改變徒增我們這次旅行的擔心和困擾，對Fancourt hotel預訂部門的做法，感到令人失望。”

“I was extremely disappointed at check-in. The only request I had made was a ground floor room which was provided. However, I had expected breakfast and was told it was a self-catering accommodation. I asked about breakfast and was led to believe that was doubtful and being able to invite a guest not allowed! “What a great little Guest House. Upon arrival we were greeted joyfully by the owner who walked us through and showed us around, she could not have been more kind and generous. Our room was perfect and sadly it was only for a one night stay. Breakfast was cooked to order which included plenty of sides such as yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, lots of different teas, coffee, cheeses, croissants etc. I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner over breakfast.
