“A lovely room with modern, interesting decor. Everything needed was provided e.g. teas, coffees etc. Reception was incredibly helpful and couldn't do enough for you Breakfast was incredible! All ordered from a menu, but a very wide range of choices, and the ability to have whatever you'd like (French toast is to die for!) “My husband and I stayed for 3 nights at Coopmanhuijs while in Stellenbosch. It was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and acommodating. The restaurant was outstanding. Our reservation included breakfast and we were able to order off of a menu and/or opt for the generous buffet. We also ate dinner at the restuarant and it was beyond delicious. (Springbok carpaccio!) We don't usually relax in common hotel spaces, but everyone was so welcoming that we did spend some time in the lounge……

“The other guests moving furniture upstairs late into the night - some rubber pads fixed onto the legs of the chairs to prevent them scraping on the floor could be a possible solution.”

Great breakfast and we tried the lunch here last day, also superb. But the by far best thing was the staff.
