“Absolutely spectacular — our favorite stay in South Africa! This has been by far the most spectacular place we stayed during our trip to South Africa. “After a 1 week stay in Cape Town we were looking for a place to stay for two nights close to the airport. We required a stay with airport transportation, a pool or other leisure activities and dining as we would not have a car. The Zevenwacht more than delivered. “This hotel is a fantastic base for a visit to the wine region. The hotel is a short drive from Franschhoek with the hotel providing an excellent shuttle bus service. The staff could not be any more friendly or obliging if they tried and we really felt at home here. The only gripe is that the pool beds are not that comfortable but otherwise this a hotel I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.”
