“- Check in war schwierig, da Kommunikation mit Host im Vorfeld nicht vorhanden war- Host war während unseres 7- tägigen Aufenthaltes nie persönlich anwesend Lage und Villa mit Pool im Ansatz wirklich hervorragend- Leider waren einige Dinge nicht funktionierend: Spülmaschine, Klimaanlage. Deshalb müssen einige Sachen besser gewartet oder erneuert werden Der Haushüter Stony war während unseres Aufenthaltes stets hilfsbereit und aktiv, muss man sehr, sehr hervorheben!- Für den Preis kann man etwas……

The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. “VRBO listed booking when the property was not available. Only found out 12 hrs before arrival. Had to scramble to find another place. They did not offer any help whatsover. Stay away from VRBO. Second time this has happend to me.”

“Two couples stayed at Ravensyn Villa for 4 nights in April of 2023. We arrived late and were met promptly by Julian, our representative from the management company. He showed us all the bells and whistles of the home, of which there are many: pool, security system, washer/dryer, and daily housekeeping schedule. The home is beautiful and worked well for 2 couples and we would definitely stay again if our travels take us take to Cape Town.”

“From booking the property till leave Martijn was extremely helpful. The property has everything you could want, lovely kitchen family area, pool with patio and a wood burning hot tub ( you will need to start the wood burning 2 hours prior). The property was secure with power gates and the adjoining property was the hosts point of contact to answer any query you may have. A welcome pack, on how to use things would be beneficial going forward. The location for us was great, 10 minute walk down……

“We are a family of 4 generations and it was perfect in every way for us the children had plenty of space to play and enjoy themselves.. The party had 8 adults that could chill and relax . We all thoughaly enjoyed our stay .”

“The place was amazing for the number of people and all ensuite which makes it a good fit for couples. I did struggle with wifi especially downstairs rooms, maybe have wifi extenders as I needed to work and submit documents. Maintenance of the garden is also essential especially when we have well maintained homes. Beautiful location ”
