“Lovely high spec cottage. Clean and new interiors. A romantic stay for couples but we had a three year old! Peaceful and quiet location. A short drive to shops and not too far to some good vineyards. Breakfast was quite nice but would be good to have a helpful option. My daughter loved the trampoline and small playground. Felt like a safe location. I’d recommend taking the hotel up on their offer of starting the hot tub for arrival as I couldn’t manage it!”

We stayed 5 days and getting lunch and dinner on 4 different courses is not OK. Farm houses are build for a warm summer season. “We had a lovely couple of nights here whilst we explored the surrounding Stellenbosch area. We were travelling with our baby and nothing was too much trouble for the owners and staff - they had thoughtfully put a mosquito net over the cot they had set up for her and there was a high chair ready and set up every morning when we came down for breakfast - we really appreciated these touches. The property is a beautiful little oasis with a pretty garden and pool. There are also helpful amenities……
