“Great, accommodating hosts and lovely room”

“We had the most wonderful stay in Greyton with the cherry on the top being our lovely hostess and her staff. The warmth and comfort of High Hopes, together with the delicious breakfast and beautiful garden were more than we had imagined - our "high hopes" were certainly realised! Many thanks Ang et al. Hope to see you again. ”

“A beautiful guest house with amazing views over the wheat fields and sheep. The hosts were excellent and always on hand for a chat or advice. Loved the dinner just far too much food but beautifully cooked and would definitely recommend the dinners. Breakfast was equally as good. Lovely pool area for a chill in the afternoon sun.”

“Truly amazing! Beautiful room, views and pool area. The food in the restaurant was splendid. The only thing that was a bit strange was that breakfast had to be pre-ordered the night before, and coffee/tea was not included. And they have no lunch. I guess my feedback is that they should have more food options available. Another note to future visitors - the mountain road up to the hotel was a bit difficult if you have a smaller car. But other than that it was perfect.”

“A great place to stay with lots of space and thoughtful touches. A lovely welcome from Joanna when we arrived. There is a very good restaurant that often has musicians playing nearby, the Courtyard. Great to have secure parking. The place does need a little TLC but all very doable. Also the smell of the jasmine in the garden was beautiful ”
