“There was a plumbing problem with our room. They gave us another room. However we were supposed ti have 2 queen size beds and the new room had full size beds and we were charged the same price. We didnt even know it until we went to bed. Ither than that it was very nice”

“I felt safe. The room was actually quite good, especially for the price. The staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is that the window shade wasn't a total light blocker shade. Otherwise, very good value.”

“The room is a mess! The floor is all sticky, and the fridge keeps making this loud noise. But the worst part is bathroom, it’s disgusting. The shower is covered in hair and dust, it’s just nasty. I paid over 200 bucks for this? Seriously?”

“A clean place to spend the night. Front desk was very nice. Good price. Convenient to the Koger Center which is what I was there for. But, it is convenient to USC and all of Columbia.”

“Not what I was expecting. The stairs leading to second floor was slanted. Room was clean. Check-in staff was friendly. ”

“Great costumer service, location and price. Only one small complaint is that the bathroom could have been a little more cleaner. Tub was just rinsed not properly cleaned and in the sink around the upper part of the bowl was black grime where it had not been scrubbed just rinsed. If I had to rate the bathroom it would give it a 3 star. The room 5 star. Customer Service 5 star. ”
