Wasnt the cleanest but the cleaning fee isnt horrible. For someone more picky this may not be the place for u for us it was fine, it justbfelt like they had kids. Not much close by, a few small restaurants and a dollar general. If your from NY dont even try the pizza place close by in Vermont. The reviews are good but if you are used……

“The house has a very nice dock on a more quiet part of Lake Champlain. My family and I enjoyed our stay, it was very peaceful and the nature around is beautiful. The owner was very responsive and accomodating throughout our stay.”

The house has a great layout and a bunch of fun features, including bears, a a hot tub, a game room, bears, and extra-special touches that were created for our group specifically. “We are long-time summer residents who needed alternative housing. We are so glad that we were able to rent this home. You walk in the door, and just wow. The view is 180 degrees of mountains, lake, and clouds. You can just enjoy the view all day. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were great. The dining room-kitchen area made for easy cooking and dining. Wonderful deck for watching sunsets. This is a perfect place for family time, and everyone had plenty of privacy. It's a retreat……
