“I book this hotel because it has as in-room jetted tub. The room we had , the regular tub in the restroom was half gray and half white, it look like the paint was scraped off of it. No big deal but it was a sore sight. The breakfast has potential but wasn't bad. It seemed like the potatoes were microwaved from the day before cause they were hard and looked burnt. “THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD EVERYDAY. BUT YOU HAVE ISSUES WITH ROOM KEY SYSTEM. I LOST COUNT ON HOW MANY TIMES I HAD TO GET A DIFFERENT KEY! ALSO THE ELEVATOR DID NOT WORK FOR SEVERAL DAYS! WE WERE ON THE THIRD FLOOR AND MY WIFE IS 77 AND HAS A BONE ON BONE KNEE PROBLEM!! SO YOU TELL ME HOW WOULD YOU RATE YOUR STAY?”

“Stopped here while traveling through as we've done before. We love this Hampton! Night time check-in staff AND morning staff are amazing!! So friendly, helpful and efficient! Hotel is clean and well maintained. Parking lot is well lit at night and easy to get in and out of. Breakfast is hot and fresh. Highly recommend this hotel!”

“Under remodel… pool green.. door to room won’t lock.. bathroom door won’t shut all the way.. only one set of towels.. no place to hang clothes.. no in room phone to call desk with problems.. got disconnected twice when we called from cell phone. Only one lamp so room dark .. bright light coming around window shade all night .. returned to room late in evening tired and both door keys deactivated had to call desk again and wait for new key .. only one chair at the table.. pillows barely child……
